Walter's workshop has two parts. The first is a presentation of the seven techniques to improve performance. You will learn simple techniques that will improve the performance of any oscillator, how to combine oscillators with cycles, and how to take the judgment out of identifying tops and bottoms (no think 'ums).
The second part of his workshop will apply these techniques to develop oscillator/cycle combinations in the S&P Index and gold markets. Then recent history will be examined to mechanically identify cycle tops and bottoms. Time and price projections will then be made for cycle highs and lows due in the weeks and months following the seminar.
